Dr. Prasad Kapileshwari is a seasoned academician and industry consultant with over 18 years of expertise in the Academics and Learning & Development (L&D) domain. Known for bridging theoretical concepts with practical applications, he has driven transformative L&D strategies for organizations and individuals through tailored learning roadmaps, training needs analysis, and workshops on leadership and performance enhancement.
As a professor, Dr. Kapileshwari seamlessly integrates industry insights into academics, fostering a dynamic learning environment and mentoring students to excel in ever-evolving professional landscapes.
Dr. Prasad Kulkarni has a marketing MBA. Over 22 years of industry and teaching experience in Global Marketing, IT Project Management, Data Science, and AI at Foreign Universities and Colleges and Jain Online University. His research papers cover vast areas like Communication, media, and quantitative and qualitative social research.
Dr. Vrushali Pakhannavar has an MBA in Finance and K-SET. She is attributed with a rich experience of over 16 years in the industry and academics.
Dr. Indrajit Doddanavar is an MBA specializing in Research, Marketing and Human Resources. He has a rich experience of over 18 years in industry and teaching.
Mr. Pavankumar Ramgouda has completed his MBA in Marketing and presently working with JCER MBA as an Assistant Professor. He has a rich experience of over 9 years in industry and teaching.
